Did what they said and the pain went away. I’ve had to repeat it, and will probably have to again, but for now the pain is gone. Ibuprofen and a narcotic analgesic didn’t touch it, but this did.

I get migraine headaches that are only cured by getting a full 8 hours of sleep. I also do the accupressure shown on the website by pinching the area between my finger and thumb. It’s not a cure, but it does dull the pain until I can get some sleep.
Usually the headaches are due to sinus problems, but not that one, it was very different.
Spent about fifteen minutes using the acupressure, and then was able to sleep. Still a bit ‘hungover’ but much better today, and can actually knit and cook.
