some tasty looking things here…
I haven’t ordered anything from them, yet. I can’t even click on the Opal or Cherry Tree Hill link…I’d be a gonner :rofling:
Oh great! Cause what I really needed was access to another online yarn store! :happydance:
Oooooohhhh, Cherry Tree Hill! Yummmmm!! Must. Not. Click.

I’m thinking to myself, “Do I really want to admit to wanting to spend $27.00 on a pair of socks?”…because that’s what that lovely silk cashmere yarn is going to cost me, if I crumble.
They have a REALLY nice selection, but Im CONVINCED I can get the same yarns cheaper elsewhere. Cant bring myself to pay full price for ANYTHING.
And where would that be? I am looking for some sock yarn that I can actually afford. I can’t afford to pay $10 for a pair of socks. DH would simply flip! :fingerwag:
I bought the KnitPicks Simply Stripes for the socks that I have not started. It is fingering weight. I’d like to find some heavier weight sock yarn that is still self striping for a cat sweater.

I’ve got some of the KP Dancing (cotton/wool blend) at $2.99 a ball and some of the KP Palette (fingering weight wool) at $1.79 a ball. Two balls to make a pair of socks. KP also has fingering weight sock yarn that is all Merino wool in some delicious colors. I’m particularly fond of the Sock Memories in Hawaii and the Sock Garden in Morning Glory (both $3.99 a hank). Much cheaper than my LYS that has sock yarn at $7.99+ a ball/hank.
