Happy New Year! It’s only 6:01 here in Virginia so we have a while to wait. Knitting isn’t a sign of emptiness, though, just extremely good taste, talent, and a preference for something worthwhile over a loud gathering with strangers.
Happy New Year! It’s 9:40 p.m. here in Massachusetts. Hubby and I have a very low-key social life so we’re enjoying our time together. We don’t care to be with a bunch of people that are drinking heavy. Our neighbors invited us over but I would like a stress-free evening. :eyebrow:
May we live in a world at peace and with the awareness of God’s love in every sunset, every flower’s unfolding petals, every baby’s smile, every lover’s kiss, and every wonderful, astonishing, miraculous beat of our heart.
It’s only 7:00pm here in the potato state… My husband is getting ready to leave for a party but I will probably be sitting here when the clock strikes midnight, because my baby got sick and there is no way I am taking her anywhere…
Hope everyone’s new year’s is a bit more exciting then mine… :pout:
