Gridlock Pattern

Hello,

I have a photocopy from a book called ‘The Best of Knitter’s’ by Katharine Hun. I am looking for the pattern for the ‘Gridlock’ sweater featured in the book (in red). Would anyone know of this book and be able to provide me with the pattern? Or even let me know where I can purchase the book?
