Graphics

Please direct me to the people who make the patterns for a graphic, i.e. sheep, buffalo, etc. I have some images I would like changed into a pattern I can use in different places in the cardigan I am starting. I know there are pros out there who will take the picture and turn it into a diagram for me to knit.

http://kpg.sourceforge.net/ This is a link to a knitting pattern generator. You input the picture and it turns it into a graph design for knitting.

I tried to use that generator and it doesn’t seem to want to work for me. I put in the information and hit go and it just disappears. Anyone else ever have problems with this?

One thing you can try on your own is to print the picture onto knitter’s graph paper in the gauge you want, or if you are able to, make a transparency with a graph on it and lay it over your picture.

I’ve been using http://www.microrevolt.org/knitPro/
FV

This is how I do it:

Thanks so much for the help! I am going to try the knit pro I think.
