About how long does it take to get your invitation? I put mine in a couple of days ago, and wouldn’t you know it, I forgot which email address I used. I’ve been skimming my Yahoo bulk mail for days, terrified I’ll miss out on it. I’ve heard a lot about this site from a lot of people. How long has it been around, and have they announced when it will no longer be in beta? (Maybe they’re trying to give Gmail a run for its money - still in beta there!)
I got my invite to Ravelry tonight too…there’s a LOT over there.
I think the best part will be seeing how to use up my stash from the projects listed on there - that’s what I want to use it for.

I have been a member for months now but haven’t done anything except look at the patterns and yarns. Just that came be so interesting. I must get around to adding things to it. I am sueincanada there also.
I could no longer resist the temptation and signed up about a week ago. Still no invite and I find myself growing anxious! LOL
I got invited last week, after about a weeks wait, so it won’t be long for some of you that signed up recently.
I am still waiting on mine!..Can’t wait…it looks like a ball (of yarn…ha ha ha…argh)

They add between 500 and 800 a day, and with the numbers now, figure about a 10 day wait.

I’ve been there a while, usually perusing patterns & reading info more than posting. I’m using my initials over there–MZF-- as my regular screen name, Agnes, was already taken. Feel free to add me to your friends list, if you like.
I too have been there for a bit. I love that you can look at your friends “activity” and see what they have finished, added to qeue , etc. Just click on your friends list, and then at the top it says “friends activity”. very nice. I have been mussing around with my stash and other people’s projects that have used the yarn I have, I love that function too. Just add a yarn to your stash and see the “projects” part. I LOVE THAT!
