Sigh. If I could only ever finish a project instead of them all turning into disasters!
I didn’t even have a PATTERN, and I improvised (using double knitting even!) a little Noro Kureyon cozy for my camera. Since I double-knit it, the stripes matched on both sides! How cute is that.
I was even knitting a little flap for it that buttoned…
Then I decided it wasn’t long enough in the body and frogged back a bit…
Drat that Noro! It got really fuzzy for a few rows and I couldn’t frog it! I pulled on it just a touch… whoa! The stitches got all knotted up. I tugged a bit more… boing! The yarn breaks.
I overcame that obstacle and didn’t get the stitches back on the needle right (I’m not really that knowledgeable about double knitting, other than thinking it’s cool) and the whole thing just went completely awry!
Now I’m left with 1/3 of a camera cozy and I’m too bummed to do it all over again. :crying:
Yet another knitting project gone wrong! :crying:
I should have taken a pic before I tried frogging… it was really cute!
