Or it may not. Personally I think the stuff tastes horrible and it would take more than a “may” to get me to drink it
I like lots of teas but green tea isn’t among them.
I don’t like green tea either, Mason. I do however like these little Lipton Iced Tea to Go packets. From what I’ve read they have most if not all the benefits that go with green tea. I also like the white tea blends.
Interesting article though!
Well it can’t hurt can it? I like green tea. It’s light and some makers have fruity flavors (if you’re into that kinda thing :eyebrow:)
I’m hoping that black tea is just as beneficial. I drink tons of black teas and just a wee bit of green.
Bambi
I like white tea the best.
There are reports (on webmd.com among others) that black tea is also loaded with good stuff like anti-oxidant polyphenols that can help lower cholesterol, improve heart and blood vessel health and reduce the risk of some cancers. One report says that white (unfermented) tea has even more anti-oxidants than black or green tea.
My grandma and I were talking about health benefits from tea just last night… If it can hurt you, I’ll die early. We have at least 40 boxes of tea in our pantry. I EL OH VE EE tea.
I like Lipton White tea in Pom/Blueberry. I really like that one. In fact, I just finished the last drop of it in my glass. Tyme to go make more tea!!
