German short row hole

I’m knitting a sweater for my mum for Christmas. The pattern uses W&T short rows (10 rows in total) just before the start of the yoke pattern. I tried those but was left with a few holes so I tinked back to before the short rows and have used German short rows instead. All of them apart from one are barely noticeable, but one has left a hole. I can’t think what I might have done wrong (might I have pulled the yarn to form the double stitch too much or not enough?) and also how to remedy it. Am I better off just carrying on and overstitching the hole when the sweater is finished or should I tink back yet again and redo all the short rows?

You could probably close the hole by adjusting tension at that place with help of a grafting needle. Just make the stitch on the right side of the hole a bit more loose and maybe tighten up the stitch with the hole.

Thanks. I’ll give that a try.
