I am knitting a sweater which calls for 10.5 needles. Gauge: 12 stitches and 16 rows = 4" in st st
I am using the yarn recommended- Berroco Linsey which needs to be doubled for this pattern.
I typically knit to gauge…but not this time. I also have learned an important lesson as I typically never check my gauge — big faux pas - I realize.
I have 16 stitches and 24 rows = 4". Is there a formula available to ‘suggest’ what size needle I need to get the correct gauge?
Many thanks in advance for your help -
Happy Easter/Passover!
