Hi.
I was wondering if you guys got any tips to gsketting both sets and row gauge?
I seem to get st gauge but not row gauge.can a person try adding more rows on patterns like blankets and sweaters etc?can a person try wrapping the yarn tighter around fingers or looser to get it and use different tension methods?
I know that a person can get both. it shouldn’t be hard right?
What do you guys think?how do you get both gauges?
I never worry about row gauge because it’s easy to just knit another couple rows or do a few less. Stitch gauge is most important. I actually never even measure row gauge.

That’s funny. Row gauge is very elusive. I much prefer patterns that say to work to a certain length over work x number of rows.
