This my first project combining lots of different types of yarns on my own. I did an afghan for my BIL & SIL for Christmas, but even that was more structured. I simply cut about 8’ lengths of all my yarns, tied them together and wound it all into a cake and went to town. I didn’t weave in any ends and even added more ties to the finished project. This is a Christmas gift for a friend who LOVES tropical colors (flamingos in her bathroom and tropical fish in her kitchen) and if she has a style, it’s funky! LOL Anyway, I hope she likes it. I had lots of fun doing it. I learned a lot and am anxious to get started on another similar project … The pic is on my website - TFL!
Very unique! Love the colors you used!
Very cute!
Very pretty! I’ve got to do that – I’ve got a funky dresser in the family, too.
It’s so cute!! It fits your description of your friend perfectly!
I really, really like that!! :shifty: my DH would croak if I wore something that fun and bright  he’s soo conservative, LOL!
It’s lovely, great job!! In fact, I scrolled down your page, and you’ve made so many beautiful things! I wish I was so prolific!! ah, someday…
