Fun fur cuff on hat

I want to make a hat with fun fur in the first couple of inches comined with the yarn im going to use for the rest of the hat but dont know what to do with the end of the fun fur when i want to go to just knitting the regular yarn. Can some one please help. Thank you, Vicki

You can just cut it a few inches from where you stop knitting with it and then weave it in on the back.
