Frustration

Hi, I am having problems knitting the sleeves of a jacket. I am following a print in a Paton book, but it has me puzzled. It says to keep the pattern correct and to work extra stitches into patt, inc at each end of 2nd and foll 6th rows until there are 51 stitches. I’m not sure what the foll 6th rows means. If anyone can help can you please email me with your solutions to wittoandtambo@dodo.com.au

Thanks

Increase one stitch at each end of the second row then every 6th row you will incr one stitch at each end until you have a total of 51 sts… so, incr on rows 2…8…14…20…etc until you have 51 sts. Hope that helps and welcome to KH!

Thanks heaps tillie, that helps me a great deal. Cheers!
