Im frustrated with a pattern. Im to cast on 351 stitches then 1st row K1* Cast OFF 3 K1 cont from * to end. 141 stitches. Now iv tried 4 times to do this and im only left with 90 stitches. What am i doing wrong?

For the repeat it’ll take 4 sts in order to bind off 3. With the extra k1 in the repeat, that’s 5 sts required per repeat. You’ll be left with 2sts per repeat. Work the repeat 70 times so that leaves you with 140 sts. Plus the k1 to begin the row is 141.
