Off topic, BUT, I must share this recipe with those of you who aren’t watching your carbs or calories. This pie is so easy and everyone who has tried it asks for the recipe. I modified the original recipe just a little to add a chocolate crust and topping:
Peanut Butter Pie
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese
Beat well and Add 8 oz. carton cool whip
Pour into Keebler Chocolate Ready Crust
Drizzle Smuckers Chocolate Fudge Shell topping all over top…I cover it with the chocolate and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes; then into the refrigerator to firm.
DELICIOUS and fast so you’ll have more time for knitting :happydance:
