Here in the netherlands, they’ve got a charity program for elderly people. The goal is to knit little hats, which will be sold on a bottle of smoothie. With every sold hat, 50 cents will go to charity. I really liked the idea, so I knitted one of those hats. It doesn’t take much time and the hat is made of some left-overs from my socks and scarf.
