FO: Textured socks

Hot off the needle tips another pair of socks-toe up faux heel pattern.

Used Bendigo Woollen Mills 8 ply classic yarn on 3.25mm and 4.00mm needles.

For the toe stitches I did ‘Eye of the Partridge’ stitch on both the top and the bottom between the increase stitches. Continued ‘Eye of the Patridge’ stitch on sole only to under the ball of my foot and then again while working the gusset (sole stitches only) and continued through the heel turn and faux heel flap - I love how plush it feels.

Added texture pattern of ‘St John’s Wort’ to the top of the foot and front of leg - a great 4 row repeat pattern which really helps keeping track when having to count rows.

Lovely. That blue is fantastic for socks.

GORGEOUS socks and the color is gorgeous too!!! GREAT JOB!!!

Beautiful socks and pattern work! I love the eye of partridge pattern too for socks, a nice cushy feel. Enjoy wearing them.

Wondermous socks in the most gorgeous blue!

Very nice socks, love the color. And what a great way to keep track of your rows!

Awesome socks!

Super socks!

They look great!

Great lookin’ foot! I’ve always admired sock knitters! Everyone says it’s easy, but it’s fiddley work, and takes concentration and patience. That’s what I’m thinking anyway, never having the courage to start a sock! :pout:

I love your sock!

Lovely - health to wear!

That is a beautiful sock. I love how it fits perfectly to the foot. I’ve always wanted my socks to fit that way… (sigh)
wonderfully done and I love the colour.
TEMA:thumbsup:

Great job! I’ve just started learning to do socks/slippers and find them alot of fun!

Very nice looking! I like that you used the pattern stitch to keep track of the rows. And that’s a lovely blue color.
