Here is the the yarn that I used for the sweater and the hat : BERNAT SATIN COLOR LAPIS http://www.bernat.com/product.php?LGC=satin , for the teddy face I used CRAFT KNITTING YARN , sold at Dollorama.
I made up the pattern, I included the design of the body but I didn’t draw the sleeves, I made them up as I went along.
For the hat: with 84 stiches on regular needles, knit 2/2 for 2.5 cm, then jersey for 11 cm total then for diminution:
RS: k2together, k19, k2together repeat
WS: purl
RS: k2together, k17, k2together repeat
WS: purl
RS: k2together, k15, k2together repeat
… and so on until you have 12 stiches left, then you pass the thread in the loops and tie.
