This was a quick and easy 2-day project for my father-in-law. He is 88 years old, and recently recovered from bronchitis, so I wanted to make him something to keep the cold wind off his throat and chest when he goes out. The pattern is a free Ravelry download: Ribbed-mini-scarf. The yarn is some Mission Falls 1824 Wool from my stash.
That is awesome! I really love the colors.
That’s really nice and cozy looking. I’m sure your father-in-law will appreciate it! Great colors too.
That came out great - love the color combo! He should love it
I must agree with everyone, those colors are really nice looking for a man (or anyone really).
This is a truly handsome scarf, very well made too. Nice colors. It will be the perfect gift for your FIL.
love it! Great job
Very nice color combo, Slim! Thanks for sharing your work!
Inspiring as usual!!!
[COLOR=“DarkOrchid”]My Dad would have loved that! It’s so beautiful and covers all the right places… and he wouldn’t have to worry about the length of it when he sits down.
A very thoughtful gift…
