So a few months ago I had made this rainbow striped earflap hat for my friend’s new baby boy …
Since I had so much yarn left over from this project, I decided to make him a quick pair of mittens to match!

Lol, yeah, like rainbow pops! You should have knit the hat to have what looks like a wooden stick coming out of it 
Could have easily knit up a brown “stick” and felted it so it would stick out… lol With babies, patterns, stripes and large color differences are good for their brains, btw.
