YAY! I’ve been starting my Christmas knitting over the past few weeks, and I’ve finished this years first Christmas Gift!!! I knit the Montego Bay scarf from the Interweave knits summer 2007 issue, for my sister. 1 down, 9 more to go (plus one baby shower gift)! You can see a pic of the scarf here on my blog. I used Knitpicks Gloss sock yarn for it, Serengeti for the main color and Woodland Sage for the accent fringe color.

That’s pretty! I agree with you, I hate braiding the fringe too. In fact, my Montego Bay Scarf is sitting, 99.5% done, just needing braids on the other end and I having gotten myself to do it yet.
