So I started out to make a set of pumpkins for my MIL and SIL for Thanksgiving - unfortunately I got really sick and not only could I not get any knitting done, but I didn’t get to go to Thanksgiving dinner so here I am in Dec finishing my pumpkins and will then put them away until next year. This is a small pumpkin and a larger one both made with Jan’s instructions. I have an “in between” size OTN’s right now that I hope to finish soon

Jan - your pattern is great and I really appreciate you posting how you did the increases to make it larger. The BIG one I did with 2 extra sets of increases so I ended up with k8p1 and knit for about 6". The one I have OTN’s now is k6p1 and I think I will knit for about 5". I took them to work to have someone help me with the crochetted curly q’s and all the ladies really like them. I may have to get started earlier next year and make a bunch of the smaller ones for them.
