FO- hats, hats and more hats

Hats for charity for the most part. Occasionally a kid from my husbands ceramics class will buy one. I think only one is actually done from a pattern. If someone is interested in a pattern/design I will write it up if I remember it.

99% of these are made with Plymouth Encore from my stash. Sorry about posting in separate posts. My iPad or KH won’t let me post more than one pic per post.

Love your hats! I want the top right one! :teehee: You really do beautiful work.

ETA: The top right one in the 1st post. Somehow I missed seeing the rest of them the first time.

Beautiful hats, Jan!

You’ve really been busy… They’re all great, however I’ve fallen in love with the one in set 3, bottom row left. The black/white/gray combo is stunning! :inlove:

You’ve been a busy lady! Great work!

Jan, think of how many warm heads there’ll be this winter because of your generosity. The hats are wonderful, varied and imaginative. What a kind thing to do!

Great looking hats. Many warm heads this winter!! I like all the color combinations.
Our LYS does hats and mittens for the local homeless Vets. I’m planning on getting some hats done after Christmas as I too have a lot of odds and ends of yarn in my stash that I need to use to make room for more yarn!!:teehee:

Beautiful array of hats!

Lots of work there!

Judy

Holy moly! I counted 21 of them! Great hats!

Oh Jan - My heart just did a little flutter when I saw your name under this thread. Your work is so beautiful and such a delight to view :inlove:

I  them all! And :passedout: you must be tired!! LOL!

Wow! Beautiful hats AND they are for charity? Taking my hat off

My favourite ones are the black and white and the pink/brown one next to it in the third photo.

Wow, you’ve been busy! And they are all lovely!

Thanks everyone!

Yep! I’m sure I’m not alone in having yarn that turned out to be itchy for me, not enough for a good size project or just scraps. I find I enjoy turning it into hats (or other small projects) for someone in need. It’s been a great project for learning new techniques and experimenting.

The black and white one seems to be a popular choice. In fact my housekeeper loved it so I told her she could have it. I liked making that one so I’ll have to make some more, but maybe other colors, too. :teehee:

Oh Jan, those are all very very attractive hats. I love hats…it must have been fun making them, and such creative designs, colours. Kudos to your great work!
…but what will you do next?

Thanks! Hats to me are what socks are to others…a simple take along project. So I’ll continue to make them.

Beautiful hats Jan and for a very worthy cause too. :cheering:

Wow, Jan! They are very nice! So many nice colors and patterns!
