Here is my hand dyed kool aid yarn…It was so fun to do. I showed it to the lady at my LYS, and she is going to let me sell it in her store!! :happydance: :happydance: :happydance:
The scarf is bias knit, I saw it on Knitty Gritty…

Beautiful yarn! Nice that you can sell it at the LYS! That is so cool! Pretty scarf, too!
Nice yarn!! It looks very soft…what kind is it? I know 0 about dying yarn. Seems like it would be fun though. Great job!!
Ooooooh! A professional! That’s great that you have an outlet for your yarn. It’s gorgeous! Make sure you charge what it’s worth! :fingerwag:
Great color choices! It looks beautiful!
very nice yarn–the scarf is so cute!
OOoooooOOOo pretty. Too bad I don’t live closer to your LYS
Very pretty! And that is great that you will be able to sell it locally! :happydance:
Thanks! The dyed yarn is knitpicks. It is 440 yards. The lady at the LYS helped me pick a price to sell it at, but what do you all think its worth? She does it on consignment, 60/40 split, I’ll get 60%.
The scarf yarn is some of the nobo novelty yarn from walmart.
wow - that yarn is gorgeous!!!
i really want to try dying yarn. someday!
Beautiful job on the yarn! I love those colors. I’m not sure what it would be worth–you might want to check out somewhere like www.etsy.com and see what other people charge.
Thanks!
Mer- Thanks for that link, from what I saw, I think I’m asking a reasonable price for the yarn…Now if my knitpicks order would just get here so I can start dying it for the LYS…
