I finished my Green Gables. The picture isn’t very flattering…my 7 yo took it but it is my first sweater for ME!

Mmmmalabrigo is fabulous!

Green Gable looks wonderful (wonky picture angles and everything ;)). I’m in awe at your knitting speed - how wonderful!

The mmmmmmMMalabrigo Clapotis looks great too - I hadn’t thought of using Malabrigo for that - but it certianly is lovely - I may copy you!

Welcome to the dark side of mmmmmmalabrigo love!!! :inlove:

Your Green Gable looks great! And I love the color you chose for your Clapotis – very pretty!

Someday I need to try Malabrigo… …and Clapotis!!

:cheering: :cheering: excellent work - love the pic of green gable =D

Yay!! on the first sweater

Very cute! And the clapotis looks great with that yarn. I have not tried malabrigo yet either, so you weren’t the last one!

Looks great Vickie!! I hope my first pullover looks that good. Congrats! :XX:

Vicky, how’s that Clapotis coming along? I’ve been wanting to knit one since I first saw the pattern but haven’t gotten around to it yet… Didn’t know what kind of yarn to use for it… Does it knit up well in Malabrigo?

I hope so 'cause the picture you’ve posted in your blog looks really nice! :cheering:

Beautiful GG, Vicki - I think your 7yo is a very talented photographer already :happydance:

That yarn for your clapotis looks deeeeeeeeeeeelicious :inlove: :inlove: :inlove: I too have wanted to make one for a while, but have just procratinated over it and not chosen a yarn… you may just have just made my decision for me! I wonder if I can find some of that in the UK…

Clapotis is on hold right now :frowning: I, unfortunately, am trying to finish up some afghan squares right now. 3 more to go! The afghan is for a bridal shower in August so I am on a time crunch right now! I can’t wait to get back to it. And the yarn is yummy!

Those are very nice! I may hafta check my LYS to see if she carries Malabrigo!
