I have a new niece due in Spetember, so I knit up a baby blanket for her based on Criminy Jickets Garterlac dishcloth pattern. Picture and details on my blog. I am SOOO glad to finally get this off of my needles. I loved knitting it, but the last 2 tiers just became daunting because I knew I was close to finishing it.

Wonderful! I’ve done a couple of the dishcloths. Didn’t think of an afghan or blanket but it’s great.
