FO--Fiber Trends Clogs

I lived dangerously again and did not test felt the two yarns I wanted to use…I knew they would felt well individually but not sure if they would shrink at the same rate. I don’t know why I insist on taking that kind of risk! Anyway, it did work out although I think the sole shrunk slightly more than the body. Jim loves them though and they fit so that is all that matters. The sole and cuff are Araucania Nature wool (from my secret pal…what else could I do with 2 skeins) and the body is cascade 220 col 840.

Oh and by the way for you fly lady people, notice how shiny my counter is

Clean counter…mmmmmmm :drooling: oh and nice clogs too

Yummy clogs! (and love the shiny counter too!)

You took the risk of felting two different yarns?! What’s next? Tightrope walking without a net?

They look great!!

I know, I know…TOTALLY STUPID! Guess I don’t have enough excitement in my life :roflhard: :roflhard: At least I was aware there could be a problem…might not turn out as well though next time!

Very Nice! Glad to know the cream color Cascade felts well.

I’m looking forward to making some of these for me and my son. I bet my husband will want a pair too!

It’s more of a tan when you see it in person, but it could substitute for cream…cascade 220 8407

:cheering: Great job!!

OMG, Kempy! You are SUCH a rebel!! You just WALK ON THE WILD SIDE, GIRLFRIEND!!!

Very nice…love the color combo :happydance: :cheering: :happydance:
