FO - 'Fetching' Inspired Wrist Warmer

Ok, so I posted a FO of ‘Fetching’ (from www.knitty.com ) over in the KAL but after I did, I proceeded to frog it :doh: .

I liked it okay, but the cable thing just wasn’t working for me, it had come out too tight and I wasn’t totally happy with the overall fit, due to lacking a thumb gusset - I don’t exactly have petite hands so it just didn’t work for me.

So I came up with my own version!!! I loosely based it on a few different pattern, combined them, and this is what I came up with. I’d be happy to share my ‘pattern’ if anyone is interested.

Those are so pretty. I like the lace detail. I didn’t realize Fetching didn’t have a thumb gusset.

Well, these have veeeeeery little cabling in them - just one round. It’s got more lace than cables, for sure. Hope you enjoy them anyways!!
