These flew off the needles and right out the door! The Dragonfly pattern is free from Cavyshops.
The yarn is Premier Serenity Sock Weight and the color is Chili. I used #1 (2.25mm) dpns because the yarn is pretty thin. The fabric turned out fairly thin as well but very soft. These are going to Mom and she prefers less bulky socks so all in all, it worked out fine.
I loved this pattern - it was easy to memorize and error free

I knit socks in tandem - using 2 sets of DPNS. No SSS here.
I have made several pairs of socks, and the basic ones are finally getting to be simple. But adding a pattern, well that seems to complicate things a lot. I have some sock yarn, and a friend who LOVES knitted socks. I think she will be the first recipient of patterned socks. Thanks very much for the inspiration!!
