[FO] Doctor Who scarf

My boyfriend is a huge Dr Who fan, so I maked him a scarf. It’s the one from the… 12th season, I believe? It can be found on www.doctorwhoscarf.com/pattern1.php

It took me all of forever. It’s fourteen feet long and pretty wide. Plain ol’ Red Heart yarn, except for the purple bits. I don’t know what those were, but they were really soft and I had JUUUUST enough yarn for them in the closet.

(He’d just gotten a new suit and didn’t want to take it off. :stuck_out_tongue: And don’t ask me about the hat, if I ever knew, I’ve forgotten.)

14 feet?! Blech! hehe…I hate knitting scarves because they get
boring, I’m afraid my dh who is a dr who fan will never get one of these.

I love how everyone’s like “OMG 14 feet!”

It’s supposed to go down to the wearer’s ankles if looped like he’s wearing it and like how it’s worn in the show.

Of course, he [I]has[/I] to be 6’2" and I [I]have[/I] to be a perfectionist and make it accurate. :roll:

Great gift for a Doctor fan. The scarf Doctor was always my favorite. Tell your boyfriend to be careful wearing it. Avoid strangling from catching that thing in something. :slight_smile:
