PS: I knit this vest in about 3 days, while up in the high mountains with DH. The big needles and “built in” buttonbands, armhole bands, and neckband really made this a QUICK AND EASY KNIT! Of course, blocking and fussing with the seaming takes a few more days. But the actual knitting was quick! This book is a very worthwhile investment! I love it. Have knit several of her vests. Great pattern directions, error-free. How novel is that???

I’ll pair it with this Elsebeth Lavold pullover “Siv”, knit back in 2004.
Silky Wool, and still in great shape! I love Silky Wool.

Very very nice (as always ;o) I’m super envious of your garment knitting ability :o)

My kind of town, Chicago is.

Chicago, Chicago, that toddlin’ town.

Take me back to Chicago.

Oooops, I’m getting side tracked.

Tres chic!

That’s so pretty and will provide a nice extra bit of warmth as well as class.

Love it! It pairs beautifully with that pullover! You are one stylin’ lady!
