I finished a week before her birthday, yay! I had fun doing this; I love knitting stuff that can be knit in one piece! This is the bolero (called Molly) in the Junior Knits book by Debbie Bliss, knit in her cashmerino yarn. It’s so soft!

OH I love that! I was thinking of knitting it for my nephew’s daughter - does that make her my ‘great’ niece? How did you find the sizing - the little girl I want to knit it for is quite petite and I’ve heard that some Debbie Bliss patterns come up big? Anyway, yours is gorgeous, your niece will love you even more now!:cheering:

I haven’t given it to her yet, so I’m not sure if it will fit her. I made the size 4/5 and she is turning four, so it will probably have some room for her to grow. I did try it on my three year old son :teehee: and it was way big for him. The sleeves seemed really long! I hope it fits my niece, but we’ll see!
It was fairly quick to knit up- you should definitely make one for your great-niece!

I’m knitting the Molly - in fact I’ve finished the one piece, about to start the edging, but I noticed that my fronts are not rounded at all (stair step looking) and my sleeves are short - any help would be great! thanks
