FO Blue oddball bag

I got really sick of the stuff I was working on, and a lot of you had great ideas to get myself out of the funk. I decided to pull out all my “oddballs” and throw together a color scheme, and make a bag.
this was my first time doing stripes, and I’m really happy with it. It’s nothing fancy, I might line it someday, but it only took a weekend, and I am so happy to have gotten rid of some stash that would be otherwise useless!

Good job! One time a group of friends and I gathered scraps and made our own ‘magic balls’, filled with surprises. We drew names and traded balls and then had to ‘create’ something out of the new yarn. One made an awesome purse, another a shawl, another combined crochet and knitting into a bag and another a scarf and hat set. It was a lot of fun to see what came out of another’s scraps!
