[COLOR=“DarkOrchid”]Well, I’m all atwitter with this sweater and cute little hat. The reason is it only took me 4 days to get it knit up and sewn together. It took me longer to find my snaps! :teehee: Anyway they are done and I just love the colour of them.
Once I got the whole thing put together and added the buttons it should have been finished but it wasn’t.
It just didn’t have that ‘cute’ zing… so I had a look around to see what I had that could be added and found some lovely little yarn flowers with buttons sewn on them and sewed the flowers right onto the big buttons I already had there.
It took only a minute or two and I think the results are great!
So I’m wondering around on cloud9 and starting to get ready for my next project which will be socks for me (for a change).

Very cute! Love the color.
very nice… what yarn is that?
That is one of the cutest sets! What pattern is it? Now I need to make one for my daughter!
Very cute - great idea with the buttons!
[COLOR=“DarkOrchid”]The yarn is 100% acrylic dk by James C Brett called Marble, shade MT11. It’s a soft purple varigated and so much fun to knit with as the colours ever so softly change.

[COLOR=“DarkOrchid”]The pattern is called Baby Yoda Sweater designed by Cari Luna. I got it off the internet. It was very easy to do!

The hat I made up as I went along so I don’t have a pattern for that… sorry!

Cute set! Love the coloring and the buttons are great! Nice work! :cheering:
Too cute!! It looks so soft!
[COLOR=“DarkOrchid”]The only thing I’d like to change is the way I did the sleeves. Instead of making them skinny at the wrist, I’d prefer them to be wide and loose.

Lovely! I see the Brett now, I just thought it was a lighting thing going on. Cute touch with the buttons.
