Looks great!!
Wow, thanks everyone!!!
The pattern is from Fiber Trends, but you can find a free one here that is very similar. The yarn is…don’t read this yarn snobs…Lion Brand Pound of Love. So cheap. Totally washable. It felt & looked even better after being dried in the dryer. Very soft.
Knitalia,
Is that the correct link to your pattern??? It looks very different. I’ve tried to make that pattern twice, and I can’t figure it out! I was hoping yours might be a little easier. You did a beautiful job!
Here is a link to an Ebay listing for the exact Fiber Trends Pattern I used. If you look at the picture on the pattern, it’s the dark blue blanket in the top R hand corner above the baby’s head. You could barely see it. My only complaint about this pattern is that you are primarily purling. I hate purling.:ick: By you do get very used to it, so it’s now that bad.
Love the baby blanket. Your work is exquisite. I have been looking for a pattern like that (although I didn’t know it until I saw yours).

Thank you for the sweet compliments.
Great job! That’s my mother’s fave color.
I’m a huge fan of simple but classic detail. (I’m a fellow knitter who’s on a tight budget who enjoys seeing others using the less-expensive brands and getting such great results.)
