Here is my finished baby blanket.
The pattern and yarn was from a kit - the wool (sorry, I keep forgetting to say yarn!) is acrylic baby wool.
It’s a very simple pattern of st st and moss st but I still managed to make mistakes. Still, after breaking my first pair of stupid plastic needles and frogging it after 30 rows I couldn’t bear to frog again so I just carried on! You can see the errors - I knitted wrong on a moss st row so at least I know what I did!
Washing helped tidy the blanket (thanks to the advice I got) but I think a btter wool would give a neater finish.
Sweet blanket, redlesley. I like to think of those “mistakes” as my own personal inadvertent devil’s eyes (unless my accidents are particularly glaring) .
