Got finished blocking last night and this turned out really nice. It measures 38", used #4 US DPNs and Circular Needles with 3/2 Mercerized Egyptian Cotton
It’s an Anders Anderson design, found at Yarnover.net called “Stor Lyesdug”. Alot of fun to knit, fairly simple but with tons of K2togs! Hope you like it!

I can’t believe you can make something so beautiful but not clothing of any type. That piece is just astoundingly beautiful.
Sad but true…:pout: I was a seamstress until 1999, made hundreds of beautiful garments successfully but haven’t been very good at knitting them. Socks, I can do! I really haven’t centered on making them, so we shall see… I do know that I prefer knitting on circular needles and that’s been a benefit working on the lace beauties. Have my own personal revival going on with these that were designed during the 1920’s, 30’s and 40’s by several designers. Yarnover.net offers a good many of the patterns free on their site.
