FO Another Cable Design, Sweater Modeled below

This is the last of my recently-knit sweaters. I designed this one also, using Ann Budd’s “The Knitter’s Handy Book of Sweater Patterns,” Barbara G. Walker’s “A Second Treasury of Knitting Patterns,” and Nancie M. Wiseman’s “The Knitter’s Book of Finishing Techniques.” It is for DGD Rachel, age 2. The yarn is Lion Wool-Ease. The buttons are Peter Rabbit.

Thanks. My local Joanns recently moved their buttons to near the back of the store, and they now have MANY more than before.

Thanks. This DGD lives in Colorado, so she can use a warm sweater. We will be going out there next week for a two week visit, so I will get a picture of her in the new sweater.

Thanks. I like to do cable patterns, and the small sweaters are great for trying out new designs.
