The yarn is unidentified itchy alpaca i bought on Ebay, i think it’s around fingering weight or maybe thicker :?? and i knitted double stranded on 3mm needles. The pattern is freestyle from my head and it’s knitted from the top. I added the straps later by picking up stitches at the back and the buttons are sewed to the strap.
That is soooo cute! :notworthy: MMMMM! Where did you get the pattern?
Nevermind… I didn’t read all of your text! :wall: :wall: :wall:
Wow…great job!
That is beautiful! It fits you very well, and from your own pattern too! :notworthy:
CUTE!!
You wouldn’t want to share the pattern, would you??

You are so talented! Love the sweater.
I made it for my size and it’s in Russian so i’ll translate it when i’ll be home :happydance: :happydance: Don’t forget i’m 8 hours ahead, so i just started my working day… :wall:

Looks GREAT and fits PERFECTLY!! TFS
Wonderful job!
WOW! Excellent job!
And here’s the pattern - very simple and adjustable:
I used 3mm (size 2-3 Us, if i’m not mistaken) needles with double stranded alpaca yarn of about lace/fingering weight.
From the top:
Front:
cast on 50 sts.
K1P1 for 3 rows.
40 rows in stockinette, increasing every RS row 1 st at each end. (you can increase more, depends on your height and chest size).
67-70 rows in stockinette without increasing
5 rows in K1P1
40 rows in stockinette.
Back:
The same as the front - with decreases on the waist - again depends on the size.
Block, sew the parts together.
Straps:
Pick up 12 sts at each side of the back top, K1P1 for 80 rows (if you’re taller than my 157 cm - then i guess you need more :teehee: ).
Attach the straps to the front top and then sew a decorative button.
I let the stockinette at the bottom curl.
That’s it and thank you all again

I’m still a sort-of beginner, but I’m moving onto intermediate (I think… :teehee:). Thanks a lot for your pattern, and I’m sure I’ll make it sometime in the future! ![]()
