This is a really pretty pattern and I love the scarf… it needs to be blocked, but I’m scared I’ll ruin it so I’m going to have to knit something else to practice blocking on
What a beautiful scarf!! :yay:
It looks so soft and touchable. The pattern is lovely and you did a super job with it!!
That’s lovely!! Can’t wait to see it blocked and it all it’s glory.
Whereabouts in VA are you?:???:
OOOh, I wish I could feel it! It looks beautiful, and the pattern looks so beautiful with that yarn!! Great job :happydance:
I made my dil a silk alpaca scarf for her birthday and it was so soft! That is really beautiful. You did a great job!
It’s beautiful! I love the pattern – where did you find it? And the yarn looks so soft and touchable. Can’t wait to see it blocked so the pattern will really show.
I was nervous too about blocking my first silk/cashmere garment. Someone on this forum recommended spritzing it with a spray bottle of water/Eucalan solution and lightly blocking, and that worked out great.
Looks wonderful. Good luck with the blocking
That is so lovely I bet it feels so snug when its wrapped round your neck…Love the pattern and colour x
That is so pretty! It looks very soft.
Thank you for all the wonderful comments - I really must get it blocked…
Slim - hopefully this link to the pattern will work. The pattern would most likely show up better with a thinner yarn.
