I have knitted the Fluidity pattern, which I downloaded through Ravelry. It’s from Mary White. It wasn’t a free pattern, but the small cost was definitely worth it to me. The pattern is really fun to knit, very well written. I used Caron Simply Soft in lovely lime green. My own variation was the white knitted i-cord bindoff. I think I like that. Finished size came out at 32" square.

Wow, that is gorgeous! I’ve been thinking about knitting this blanket, and I like yours so much I think I’ll have to do it now. Lovely work.

It’s beautiful :yay: :yay: :yay: and I do love the contrasting I-cord bind off! Thanks so much for sharing the photos and your wonderful comments!!! :muah:

Wow! How pretty is that! The pattern and the color look really nice!

That is gorgeous! :inlove: I’ve never wanted to knit lace and can’t stand doilies and such, but… this is knit with worsted/aran weight yarn and size 8 needles so I think it’s doable…

Jan, you could do it! The pattern gives a precise stitch count for every 1/4 section, and you can see how things are supposed to fit, so any mistake gets caught immediately by the next corner marker. I always count everything in my head as I go through life (musician) so knitting and counting is a natural.

That is really lovely. Good job!

That is absolutely beautiful knitting!

Wow - BEAUTIFUL work Grandmalori and BEAUTIFUL pattern Mary!!

Wow!!! It IS GORGEOUS!! Fabulous job!

Oh WOW! This is simply Divine work! And, I’ve yet to use the i-cord bindoff, but I definitely need to learn! It really put a professional touch to your edges! Wow!

Art Lady, I-Cord bindoff is very easy. Your daughters look like they belong to you!

Last update: I had to post a picture of my new grandson with his new blankie. His mom loved it.

You’re right! He is a cutie pie. And he looks so comfy and cozy under his new blanket.

Awww, isn’t he just perfect??? And you look mighty proud…don’tcha love to snuggle with them?

Well now…isn’t that just the prettiest little thing?! Wonderful choice of color and yarn!
