After having divided the yoke for a placket, I am about to begin decreases on Susan Mills colorwork baby pullover and the intructions are Work WS row and dec 3 (8, 0 ) --180 (204, 224.) Where would I decrease the 3 stitches? This is a patterned sweater but i am doing it in stripes so it really should be less complicated!

That is an awesome pattern no matter how you’re working it. If the pattern doesn’t say anything else, distribute the decreases approximately evenly over all the sts on the needle. About every 60 sts will work.
