First time making (fingerless) gloves

Hi everyone. Long time follower and first time poster! I need help with a pattern that I’m working on for Fingerless gloves:

The only problem I’m having is wrapping my head around how to do the fingers part of it (how to cast on in the middle of knitting, and after i bind off one finger, how to I move onto the next finger, does that mean i cut off the yarn after i bind off and cast on again when it asks me to?)

To cast on to existing knitting, I’d suggest the knitted or cable cast on.

And yes, after binding off one finger, cut the yarn and start again with the next finger. You’ll have ends to weave it, that’s all.
