I’m sure this is quite simple, but I cannot figure it out.
Sl 2 sts onto cable needle and leave at back of work, K1, P2 from cn, Sl 1 st onto cn and leave at front of work, P2, K1 from cn.
Help?! Thanks so much (from the mom trying to stay sane while holed up at home…)
What specifically are u having trouble with???

Thanks for replying!
I get the slipping 2 onto cable needle and leaving at back of work. Where am I K1, P2 from after that?
Ok. U slip the first 2 sts onto the cable needle and put it in the back. Then knit 1 stitch from the left hand needle (not the cable needle). Then u purl the 2 sts from the cable needle.
Then slip the next st from the left hand needle onto a cable needle and put in front. Purl 2 sts from the left hand needle and then knit the st from the cable needle.
Hope this helps

The burning question is: Whatcha knittin’?
Sl 2 sts onto cable needle and leave at back of work, K1, P2 from cn, Sl 1 st onto cn and leave at front of work, P2, K1 from cn
I would sl2 onto cable needle at back, k1 from main knitting purl 2 from cable needle. S1 onto cable needle at front, purl 2 main knitting, k1 from cable needle
