Finished Christmas Felted Clogs

I managed to get all but 2 of the 13 clogs I wanted to knit for Christmas done in time. I was down to the wire finishing them, so I forgot to take a picture of all of them  Even though I was please with how they all turned out, I was nervous about people’s reactions… All the clogs fit and everyone loved them! My 30 yr old nephew has already requested 3 more pairs in other colors. I’ve listed my WOTA combos (they all looked good) and marked my favorites in case someone out there hasn’t made clogs yet.

2 Cranberry/Mist
1 Tidepool Heather/Sapphire Heather
  • 1 Sapphire Heather/Tidepool Heather
    2 Tidepool Heather/Spruce
  • 1 Avocado/Avocado & Sapphire Heather
  • 1 Amethyst Heather/ Iris Heather
    2 Artic Pool Heather/Mist
1 Cranberry/Forest Heather for my Christmas loving SIL
    1 Forest Heather/Pampas Heather

They all look fantastic! Great color selection. :yay:

They look great! Don’t you just    that pattern?

They’re beautiful! I’m so impressed – 13 pairs of clogs! That’s quite a project.

That’s a lot of clogs! They look great!

They look wonderful~I can’t imagine doing that many pairs of clogs!! You have great perseverance!

:passedout: wow that’s a lot of clogs, they look great, what a wonderful gift :yay:

Congrats!! They all look fabulous!!! They are on my to do list, but I haven’t gotten around to them yet.

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Yes, it WAS quite an undertaking, but I do really love the pattern. I can’t wait to do myself a pair!

they are gorgeous! how hard are they to knit???

They are awesome! I have had that pattern for a while, but I haven’t made them yet. You did a great job, and 13 pairs–WOW!

I think you need to change your name, girl. New knitter you ain’t, what great clogs! And as noted above, I do admire your perserverence.

Those look really fun to make. Where is the pattern found? I might like to do some. I could run and slide across my kitchen wood floor in them.

Thanks twoxover! I took the advice I found here on a Fiber Trends Clog board, and didn’t think about it and just followed the pattern. The first pair took me a little longer, but once I got the flow of the pattern, they went pretty fast. I didn’t think it was hard, and I haven’t knitted very much at all.

Yes my nephews were having a great time at Christmas seeing how far they could slide! I bought my pattern at a LYS. The pattern is Fiber Trends Felted Clogs. They have two different patterns - one for kids and one for adults.

I am looking forward to making a pair for myself. They seem very cozy.

It’s great you had such good results with the clogs you gifted for Christmas. So many pairs and they all fit. That is wonderful. Who wouldn’t love them. They are a great gift. Now you have requests for more. It’s great to be appreciated, but…LOL

Very nice!!

LOL Merigold, that is exactly how I felt when he called requesting more! I did so many in a short time… don’t really want any requests!

Is the only place online to get this pattern the Fiber Trends site??? They don’t take paypal.

Anyone know of a site that does???

Thanks

A quick search brought up several that appear to take Paypal. Gotta love Google. There were more, but here’s a few.
