Fetal Demise pouch problem

the pattern says WS Row 1 & all odd rows—Work decrease at center (corner)—K to center 3 sts; sl 1 , K2tog, PSSO; K to end of row

SO do I have to find the center each time I start a new odd row and do those 3 sts?
