I’m working on a felted hat from the top down and I’m supposed to “Increase in each stitch around” making the 6 stitches into 12. What kind of increase would I do? I really only know yo, but that would create to big of holes, right? Thanks!
Felted Hat Increase
That’s funny that it doesn’t say what type! There are a bunch of increase videos here on KH. I tend to use KFB- knit into the front and back of the stitch, but check them out and see what works for you. Since it’s felted I think most anything will do as long as it doesn’t leave a hole.
I’d do kfb, too. I think it would be too tight to do a M1 increase.
I hope this person doesn’t post here but this is the worst pattern ever I’ve ever read.
