…and I am [U]so[/U] happy with it! I’m very glad that I decided to rip the handle flaps that I’d already made, do the lining and then re-do the handles. It worked out so well. I am very much not a seamstress but this was easy. I haven’t decided if I’ll try to get some kind of pin for the bag or not, but for now here it is!

Thanks, everyone. The pattern is from Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller, and the yarn was just some very ordinary worsted weight kitchen-type cotton. I can’t remember what brand but it was a 1lb. skein that I picked up at the grocery store, of all places, a long time ago.
