This is what I cook when I don’t have much time or I just don’t feel like cooking dinner!
Beef & Noodles
1 Package Hormel Ready to Eat Beef Roast
1 Can of Mixed Veggies (Veg-All)
1 Jar of Beef Gravy
Cook the noodles and drain. Heat the beef roast (4 mins in microwave), and shred with a fork (keep the juices). Pour beef & juices into the noodles, add mixed veggies and gravy. Heat through, and serve.
Takes no more than 15 minutes from start to finish, and the kids and man love it! :cheering:
1 package of spaghetti (or any pasta)
1 lb of skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 bag frozen “seasoning blend” veggies (onions, bell peppers & parsley)
Chicken bouillon for flavor (I like “Better Than Bouillon” Chicken Base)
1 jar chicken gravy
Cook the pasta, drain
Season and brown the chicken
Add seasoning veggies and gravy
Add bouillion to taste
Mix with pasta and serve
Takes a little longer than the beef & pasta, but still a quick, easy meal.
